HIIT IT
HIIT IT is our high energy fitness class for beginners or regular gym goers. Our HIIT it classes deliver total body results in a dynamic, effective and convenient 30 minute workout. These classes involve 10 stations, with each station being a unique 3 minute activity, that focuses on specific muscle groups. An expert trainer will be with you every step of the way, making sure you progress and get the most out of your workout.
BOOTCAMP
We deliver a challenging, high intensity morning training session giving you an energy charged start to your day and results you can feel immediately.
BOXING
Boxing classes are designed to teach effective punching and evasive movements while improving fitness, core strength and assisting in weight management. The classes are a dynamic 45 minute session that will compliment the Bootcamp, HiiT It, Kick Fit and Stretch classes.
